LeSean McCoy (ankle) active for Chiefs in Detroit
Kansas City Chiefs running back LeSean McCoy (ankle) is "good to go" for Week 4's game against the Detroit Lions on Sunday, per James Palmer of NFL Network.
McCoy re-injured his ankle in Week 3, but he's fine after practicing all week, barring any pre-game setbacks. Damien Williams (knee) is out again, so look for Darrel Williams to complement McCoy in the Chiefs' backfield. Darwin Thompson may also rotate in for a handful of plays.
McCoy is the RB24 in numberFire's Week 4 fantasy rankings. He costs $6,300 and is projected for 13.8 FanDuel points by our models.
