Sam Shields set to return for Packers' Divisional Round matchup
Green Bay Packers cornerback Sam Shields (concussion) is active for the Divisional Round against the Arizona Cardinals.
What It Means:
Shields had been sidelined since suffering a concussion Week 14. His return could not come at a better time with the Cardinals' high-powered offense next up on the schedule. Rookie Quinten Rollins will return to the bench.
Green Bay's defense will take all the help it can get as the Packers take on an Arizona offense which ranked first in Adjusted Offensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play. Green Bay finished the regular season 10th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play.
