Niners using Matt Breida 'all over the place' during training camp
San Francisco 49ers running back Matt Breida has been used "all over the plate" during training camp, according to Nick Wagoner of ESPN.
What It Means:
Breida has taken advantage of Jerick McKinnon's absence as he has been used as a runner, receiver, and kick returner during camp so far. If the back continues to impress, and McKinnon struggles ot stay healthy, Breaida could see significant action in the Niners' backfield behind or alongside Tevin Coleman this season.
