Bears expect David Montgomery to see carries during preseason
Chicago Bears running back David Montgomery "should get a fair amount of carries in the preseason".
According to head coach Matt Nagy, Montgomery will see "a fair amount of carries in the preseason" after impressing during mini-camp. Look for Montgomery to play as a three-down back with his pass catching capabilities.
For the 2019-2020 season, our models project Montgomery to produce 912.1 rushing yards and 6.7 touchdowns on 211.1 attempts and 29.9 receptions for 237.1 yards and 1.5 touchdowns.
