Saints will work out free agent Dez Bryant on Tuesday
NFL Network's Jane Slater reports free agent Dez Bryant will work out for the New Orleans Saints on Tuesday.
What It Means:
This is the first workout we heard of for Bryant since it appeared he was close to signing with the Cleveland Browns earlier this season. It appears the Saints are disappointed in their number-three receiving options of Cameron Meredith and Austin Carr behind Michael Thomas and Tre'Quan Smith. They are also expected to bring in Brandon Marshall for a look on Tuesday as well.
The Saints passing offense ranks fourth in the NFL, according to numberFire's schedule adjusted metrics.
