Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell did not report to the team on Monday, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
What It Means:
Bell's holdout continues, though separate reports indicate he could be back ahead of Week 9. If he continues his holdout past Week 10, he would not be eligible for free agency. The Steelers could still apply the franchise tag, but this would come with a considerably higher price tag.
