Michigan State loses despite Miles Bridges' big game
Michigan State Spartans freshman forward Miles Bridges scored 20 points with seven rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block in Friday's Big Ten Tournament quarterfinal loss to the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
What It Means:
Bridges took a career-high 20 shots including 11 three-pointers -- sinking just two -- as he scored 20 or more points for just the fifth time this season. Despite the loss, the Spartans are likely headed to the NCAA Tournament for the 20th consecutive time. Our models project them for a 12 seed.
