Blazers re-sign Jusuf Nurkic to four-year deal
According to Yahoo Sports' Shams Charania, the Portland Trail Blazers have re-signed center Jusuf Nurkic to a four-year deal worth up to $53 million.
Other reports have the total contract valued at $48 million, so the extra $5 million could be incentives. The fourth year is also partially guaranteed. The 23-year-old Nurkic was a restricted free agent but was never expected to head elsewhere after a disappointing 2017-18 season.
This season, Nurkic averaged 14.3 points, 9.0 rebounds and 1.4 blocks over 26.4 minutes per game and 79 games.
