Celtics planning to be without Shane Larkin (shoulder) for ECF
According to ESPN's Chris Forsberg, the Boston Celtics are planning as if point guard Shane Larkin will not be available for the Eastern Conference Finals.
General manager Danny Ainge spoke about Larkin on a radio show this morning, suggesting that he might not be available for the entire series. However, he noted that if Larkin's shoulder improves he could play later on in the series with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Until then, Terry Rozier and Marcus Smart will occupy all of the point guard minutes for Boston.
So far this postseason, Larkin is averaging 3.7 points, 1.8 assists and 1.0 rebounds in 14.0 minutes per game.
