Minnesota's Andrew Wiggins scores 21 points in 19 minutes

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Andrew Wiggins made two 3-pointers on his way to 21 points against the Toronto Raptors on Monday, adding three rebounds, two assists and one turnover in just 19 minutes.

What It Means:

It's obviously a small sample size, but he's 3-of-4 from downtown in the preseason. That's nice to see after he made just 31.0 percent last year.

If Wiggins can consistently knock down treys, it would immensely help his fantasy value. Still, he's likely going to be overdrafted in re-draft leagues because of his name recognition and points per game. Wiggins will be looking to build on his rookie year, when he put up 16.9 points per game on .517 true shooting percentage, as well as 4.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game.
