Mavs' J.J. Barea (rib) ruled out Saturday versus Nets
Dallas Mavericks point guard J.J. Barea has been ruled out for Saturday's game, reports Chuck Cooperstein of Mavs.com.
What It Means:
The Mavs will be severely shorthanded with guys injured and resting against the Brooklyn Nets. Dennis Smith and Yogi Ferrell will be in for extended minutes in the absence of Barea for a second straight game.
Barea was projected for 24.9 FanDuel points before being ruled out. His next chance to return will be Tuesday in New Orleans.
