Clippers assign Tyrone Wallace to the G-League
Los Angeles Clippers guard/forward Tyrone Wallace has been assigned to the G-League.
What It Means:
Wallace is on the last day of a two-way contract, and the Clips will have to sign him to an NBA deal if they want to call up up from the Agua Caliente Clippers again. C.J. Williams will take his place in the rotation tonight.
Wallace has had a promising start to his NBA career, averaging 10.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 0.9 steals in 27.7 minutes per game through 21 contests. He made 12 starts for the Clippers.
