Spurs' Gregg Popovich: Dejounte Murray (ankle) without timetable for return
According to the San Antonio Express-News' Tom Orsborn, San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich said point guard Dejounte Murray does not have a timetable after suffering an ankle injury on Wednesday.
The Spurs completely demolished the Phoenix Suns last night. But it wasn't all good news as Murray went down with a lower leg injury in the second quarter. It turns out that he just sprained his ankle, but Pop is going to proceed with caution. After all, the Spurs have Tony Parker and Patty Mills, who are both capable of filling in until Murray's back to full health.
In 55 games, Murray is averaging 19.4 FanDuel points in 19.2 minutes per game.
