'Hope is that' Marcus Morris (hip) will play Tuesday for Celtics
Per head coach Brad Stevens, the "hope is that" Boston Celtics forward Marcus Morris will play Tuesday against the Toronto Raptors.
Stevens was speaking in reference to both Morris and Kyrie Irving (quad). The two players were expected to participate in this morning's shootaround. While Irving's missed the last three, Morris has sat out the last two, making way for Aron Baynes to play 21 and 23 minutes. His minutes will be cut into if Morris returns. The same can be said for Semi Ojeleye -- especially with Greg Monroe set to debut for Boston.
Our models project Morris to play 19.2 minutes and tally 16.7 FanDuel points. If he's active, he'll come at a cost of $5,100 on Tuesday's slate.
