Daniel Theis scores 8 points, grabs 8 boards off bench for Boston
Boston Celtics power forward Daniel Theis scored 8 points (2-of-4 field goals, 2-of-2 free throws) with 8 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, 2 blocks, and 2 3-pointers in 23.1 minutes of Wednesday's 113-102 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Celtics were without Al Horford (head) on Wednesday, so Theis saw a boost in minutes off the bench behind Marcus Morris and Aron Baynes. If Horford sits again on Saturday versus the Golden State Warriors, Theis should be in line for a similar role.
Theis scored 29.6 FanDuel points on Wednesday, more than double his average of 13.6 FanDuel points per game for the season.
