Hornets rule out Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (foot) for Monday
Charlotte Hornets forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (foot) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Sacramento Kings.
MKG was listed as probable for this one, so his absence comes as something as a surprise. He has been in the Hornets' starting lineup for every game since November 10, and Treveon Graham will move into the starting lineup in his absence.
Kidd-Gilchrist has averaged 10.4 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 26.5 minutes per game this year. His .497 effective field goal percentage is on pace to be the highest mark of his career, excluding his 7-game 2015-16 campaign.
