Jamal Murray (concussion) expected to remain out for Nuggets on Friday
Denver Nuggets shooting guard Jamal Murray (concussion) is unlikely to return on Friday against the Phoenix Suns.
Murray will miss his first career game on Wednesday versus the Los Angeles Clippers and it sounds like that will extend to at least Friday, making him questionable for Monday's matchup with the Portland Trail Blazers. Will Barton will run the point for the Nuggets' first unit tonight while Emmanuel Mudiay should see additional minutes off the bench.
Murray is averaging 25.0 FanDuel points in 44 games this season. Over the remainder of the year, numberFire's models project him to record 16.8 points, 2.1 3-pointers, 3.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.1 steals, and 2.0 turnovers per game.
