Lakers' Luke Walton: Julius Randle not playing well enough to earn minutes
Los Angeles Lakers head coach Luke Walton said he hasn't given Julius Randle a lot of playing time because "other guys are rolling" and he isn't "playing up to the standard that he set for himself."
Over the last three games, Randle has played just 17.6 minutes per game, bottoming out with just over 11 in Wednesday's loss to the Memphis Grizzlies. He's been ceding time to Andrew Bogut as well as Larry Nance and Kyle Kuzma in smaller lineups. He'll have to turn things around if he hopes to get back within the good graces of his coach.
For Friday's game against the Los Angeles Clippers, Randle is projected for 19.3 minutes and 20.3 FanDuel points. He comes at a cost of $5,500.
