Pistons' Reggie Jackson (ankle) to be sidelined 6-8 weeks
Detroit Pistons point guard Reggie Jackson will miss 6-to-8 weeks after suffering a Grade 3 sprain of his right ankle on Tuesday night.
Jackson left Tuesday's game in excruciating pain. X-rays came back negative, but the MRI revealed worse than your average ankle sprain. That will mean a lot more run for Ish Smith and an uptick in minutes and production for Langston Galloway.
Over the remainder of the year, our models like Jackson to average 27.4 minutes, 14.3 points and 4.5 assists per game in 43 games for the Pistons.
