Dennis Smith (hip) a no-show at Mavericks' shootaround on Friday
Dallas Mavericks guard Dennis Smith did not participate in shootaround and remains questionable to play Friday against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Smith has a strained hip and has been dealing with soreness in his groin. It hasn't been reported as anything serious, though it looks like Smith is headed for a game-time decision and trending in the wrong direction tonight. If he sits, Yogi Ferrell would likely start with J.J. Barea and Devin Harris getting extended work off the Dallas bench.
numberFire's models project Smith to play 28.1 minutes and tally 24.7 FanDuel points if he's able to take the floor tonight. To roster, he'll come at a cost of $5,400 Friday night.
