FanDuel Fantasy Points Per Game More DFS

Paul George (calf) ruled out Thursday for OKC

Oklahoma City Thunder forward Paul George will not play Thursday against the Brooklyn Nets, according to The Oklahoman's Brett Dawson.

What It Means:

George was seen with his right calf wrapped in ice following Tuesday's game and has since been diagnosed with a right calf contusion. It's unknown whether he'll miss more than tonight's game, but this is likely a precautionary measure with the Thunder taking on the lowly Nets. However, with Jerami Grant (hip) also sidelined, Patrick Patterson and Alex Abrines could be asked to play more minutes with Carmelo Anthony likely to play some small forward on Thursday. Russell Westbrook could see usage closer to his MVP season a year ago.

Over 37.1 minutes, George has averaged 20.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.5 steals a game. If he can return to the lineup Saturday, we like him to tally 33.5 FanDuel points in a matchup with the Memphis Grizzlies.
