Grizzlies' Marc Gasol puts up respectable line in loss to Knicks

Memphis Grizzlies center Marc Gasol scored 17 points with eight rebounds, three assists and two blocks in Wednesday's 99-88 loss to the New York Knicks.

What It Means:

Over 34-plus minutes, Gasol went 5-of-12 from the floor, 1-of-4 from deep and 6-of-7 from the line. His 12 shots were his lowest in a week, but it wasn't just that. He didn't get much help with the rest of the Grizzlies starters contributing just 23 points between them. The big man is probably eager to get Mike Conley (Achilles) back on the floor.

Gasol's 34.1 FanDuel points were his lowest since last Wednesday's game against the Spurs. He reached just 4.01x value and came up short of his season-average of 39.4 FD points. Our models like him to fare a little better with a projected 38.9 FD points Friday versus the Toronto Raptors.
