Orlando Magic point guard Elfrid Payton dished out a season-high 13 assists with 10 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 block, and 1 turnover on 4-of-9 field goals in Wednesday's 124-118 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
