DeMarcus Cousins receives flagrant 2, ejected from Pelicans' win over Thunder
New Orleans Pelicans forward/center DeMarcus Cousins was ejected from Monday's 114-107 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder for a flagrant 2 foul.
Cousins threw an elbow at Russell Westbrook's after coming down with a rebound in the third quarter. He claims Russ flopped. Cousins finished with 18 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, 1 block, and 3 turnovers in 26.1 minutes while going 7-of-17 from the field (0-of-5 3-pointers) and 4-of-4 at the line. The Pelicans host the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday.
Cousins scored 43.8 FanDuel points in the abbreviated showing, not quite up to his average of 55.1 FanDuel points per game this season.
