Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic scored 16 points with 14 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, 1 block, and 2 turnovers on 7-of-12 field goals and 2-of-6 3-pointers in a 114-98 win over the Sacramento Kings on Monday night.
What It Means:
It was a solid bounce-back showing for Jokic after he was ejected in the second quarter on Sunday in the front end of the back-to-back set. The big man is averaging 15.6 points and 11.4 rebounds per game this season while making 1.4 3-pointers at a 40.7 percent rate. The Nuggets face the Houston Rockets on Wednesday.
Jokic scored 41.3 FanDuel points on Monday, right in line with his average of 39.8 for the season. It's the fifth time he's scored 40-plus FanDuel points this month, but his first since November 11.
