Jazz have no plans of benching Ricky Rubio

The Utah Jazz do not plan on benching struggling point guard Ricky Rubio, reports the Salt Lake Tribune's Tony Jones.

What It Means:

After getting out to a rather hot start this season, Rubio's play has fallen off of a cliff over the past week-and-a-half. In his last six games, he's averaging just 8.5 points and 4.3 assists while turning the ball over 4.8 times a game and shooting 25% from the field and 1-of-23 from three-point land. He'll probably be playing through his slump either way as Utah prefers Donovan Mitchell and Rodney Hood on the wings.

Rubio is averaging 28.7 FanDuel points per game and is projected for 30.8 FD points tonight. He comes at a cost of $7,000 against the New York Knicks.
