Toronto Raptors guard/forward Norman Powell (hip) will not play on Tuesday against the Houston Rockets.
What It Means:
As expected, Powell is out on Tuesday after suffering a hip pointer injury on Sunday. C.J. Miles and OG Anunoby will likely see an uptick in minutes as long as he's out.
