Hornets' Dwight Howard (foot) expected to play against Knicks

Charlotte Hornets center Dwight Howard was only a partial participant in shootaround, but, according to the Charlotte Observer's Rick Bonnell, he is expected to play on Tuesday.

What It Means:

Howard is dealing with a foot sprain, yet he's considered probable for Tuesday's road meeting with the New York Knicks. The Hornets were probably just being cautious with Howard so close to game time. At the same time, he might not play his full minutes as we could see Cody Zeller pick up several additional minutes.

At a price of $7,300, Howard is expected to tally 13.1 points and 10.1 rebounds in 30.6 minutes of action. His projected 30.6 FanDuel points rank 10th among all centers on Tuesday's slate.
