Jordan Clarkson scores 24 points for Lakers in another efficient evening
Los Angeles Lakers guard Jordan Clarkson scored 24 points on 10-of-18 field goals and 3-of-6 3-pointers with 5 assists and 2 turnovers in 26 minutes on Sunday in a loss to the New Orleans Pelicans.
The minutes and assists represent season-highs for Clarkson, who is now 16-for-29 (55.2 percent) over the past two contests. He should continue to be a decent source of points and 3-pointers moving forward. The Lakers host the Washington Wizards on Wednesday in their next matchup.
Clarkson is averaging 24.9 FanDuel points in three games to open the year, and numberFire's models project him for 13.3 points, 1.4 3-pointers, 2.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 0.9 steals in 25.9 minutes per game over the rest of the season.
