Wayne Selden (quad) won't play for Grizzlies in Wednesday's opener
Memphis Grizzlies guard Wayne Selden (right quad) has been ruled out for Wednesday's opener against the New Orleans Pelicans.
Selden was headed for a game-time decision, but the Grizzlies are opting to take the conservative route with 82 games left to be played. Andrew Harrison will join Mike Conley in the Grizzlies' backcourt on Wednesday. He could be in for a busy night if Tyreke Evans (ankle) is also ruled out.
numberFire's models project Selden to average 5.1 points in 18.9 minutes per game this season.
