Hornets' Jeremy Lamb (groin) practiced in full on Tuesday

Charlotte Hornets guard/forward Jeremy Lamb practiced in full on Tuesday, according to the Charlotte Observer's Rick Bonnell.

What It Means:

With Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (personal), Nicolas Batum (elbow) and Michael Carter-Williams (knee) all out for the opener, Lamb will be a welcome sight for coach Steve Clifford and the Hornets. Wednesday's shootaround should help to solidify Lamb's availability and workload for the opener against the Detroit Pistons.

At a cost of $3,500, Lamb is projected for 14.4 points, 6.1 rebounds and 27.3 FanDuel points in Wednesday's road matchup in Detroit.
