James Ennis starting for Grizzlies in Wednesday's opener
Memphis Grizzlies guard/forward James Ennis will be in the starting lineup on Wednesday against the New Orleans Pelicans for the season opener.
After going 18-for-29 (62.1 percent) from the field and 6-for-11 (54.6 percent) from 3-point land across five preseason contests while averaging 8.8 points and 3.6 rebounds per game, Ennis appears to have earned starting duties at the three-spot for Memphis. Mike Conley, Andrew Harrison, JaMychal Green, and Marc Gasol will fill out the rest of the Grizzlies' starting lineup in Wednesday's opener.
numberFire's models project Ennis to average 7.3 points and 0.9 3-pointers with 5.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game this season.
