Los Angeles Clippers guard Austin Rivers (sore hamstring) made an early exit from Wednesday's game against the Washington Wizards.
What It Means:
Rivers has already been ruled out for Thursday's matchup with the Phoenix Suns, and head coach Doc Rivers said that he will "be out for a little while". Look for Jamal Crawford and Raymond Felton to both see some increased minutes in his absence.
Rivers is averaging a career-high 12.0 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 27.8 minutes per game this season. He ranks only 444th among 479 players with a -3.8 nERD on the year.
