Pelicans ink Jordan Crawford to a 2-year contract
New Orleans Pelicans guard Jordan Crawford has signed a two-year deal to stay in New Orleans.
Crawford was in New Orleans on a 10-day contract, and while they had planned to give him another 10-day deal, he has played well enough to earn himself a long-term contract.
Through 5 games in New Orleans this season, Crawford has averaged 14.2 points, 3.2 assists and 1.8 rebounds in 23.4 minutes per game. He has also managed a 0.5 nERD, which is good for 127th in the NBA and third among Pelicans players.
