LeBron James notches 10th triple-double of the season as Cleveland blows out Detroit
Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James needed only 28 minutes to notch his 10th triple-double of the season on Tuesday, finishing with 16 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists as the Cavs crushed the Detroit Pistons 128-96.
This is LeBron's first time recording double-digit triple-doubles in a season, with his previous career-high being only 7. 6 of those have come in his nine games since the All-Star break, a span in which he is averaging 26.3 points, 12.1 rebounds and 9.4 assists in 37.5 minutes per game.
James finished second on the Cavaliers with a big 31.8 nERD in the blowout, per numberFire Live. He also leads the team and ranks eighth in the NBA with an 11.5 nERD on the season.
