Spurs resting LaMarcus Aldridge and Kawhi Leonard against Sacramento
San Antonio Spurs forward/center LaMarcus Aldridge and forward Kawhi Leonard will both get the day off to rest as the Spurs take on the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday.
This leaves a ton of minutes and usage to go for in the Spurs' lineup, and Pau Gasol will likely move into the starting lineup and play a huge role on the offensive end. Leonard will likely be replaced by either Kyle Anderson on Jonathan Simmons on the wing.
Gasol has a hefty 28.8% usage rate in the 142 minutes he has played with both Aldridge and Leonard off the floor this season. Our models project him for 14.4 points, 8.7 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 28.7 minutes of action tonight.
