Ricky Rubio posts a triple-double in Wolves' overtime loss
Minnesota Timberwolves guard Ricky Rubio continued his strong play against the San Antonio Spurs in a 97-90 overtime loss on Saturday, posting a triple-double with 11 points, 13 rebounds, 10 assists, three steals and one 3-pointer in 43 minutes.
Rubio accounted for the leagues 79th triple-double of the season, which breaks a league record for most in a season. Rubio has been up and down this season but since the All Star Break he is returning solid fantasy value.
Rubio is averaging 9.1 points, 4.0 rebounds, 8.7 assists and 1.8 steals over 32.3 minutes per game. He has a .439 effective field goal percentage and his nERD of 0.3 ranks 133rd in the league.
