Jazz rule out Rodney Hood (knee) for Friday
Utah Jazz guard/forward Rodney Hood (knee soreness) has been ruled out for Friday's meeting with the Brooklyn Nets.
What It Means:
This will be the second game in a row on the sidelines for Hood after he was ruled out at the last minute on Wednesday evening. Look for Joe Ingles, who played 26 minutes in that game, to continue playing an increased role with Hood out.
In 18 games without Hood this season, Ingles is averaging 9.9 points, 3.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.8 steals and 2.1 3-pointers in 30.0 minutes per game. He also ranks 76th in the NBA with a 2.0 nERD on the season.
