Anthony Davis says Jrue Holiday will be busy Wednesday for Pelicans
New Orleans Pelicans point guard Jrue Holiday will take on a more active role on offense with DeMarcus Cousins (suspension) unavailable for Wednesday's game against the Detroit Pistons, according to Anthony Davis.
What It Means:
Holiday is shooting just 29.0 percent from the field over the past three games since the Pelicans acquired DeMarcus Cousins. With Cousins on the sidelines Wednesday, Holiday should benefit as the unquestioned second option on offense behind Davis. He costs $7,700 on FanDuel and has plenty of appeal as a DFS option.
numberFire's models project Holiday to record 19.2 points, 8.1 assists, 4.6 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.3 3-pointers versus the Pistons. He's expected to score 38.2 fantasy points on FanDuel, fourth-most among point guards on a deep 11-game slate.
