Suns sending P.J. Tucker to Toronto

The Phoenix Suns are trading guard/forward P.J. Tucker to the Raptors in exchange for forward/center Jared Sullinger and two second-round picks, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.

What It Means:

This is a fantastic get for the Raptors, as they landed Tucker without having to give up a first-rounder. Norman Powell and DeMarre Carroll may see a few less minutes in Toronto, while T.J. Warren should see a nice boost for the Suns.

Tucker is averaging 7.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.5 steals in 28.5 minutes per game this season. His -1.9 nERD currently ranks 383rd in the NBA.
