Portland rules out Al-Farouq Aminu (knee) for Thursday
Portland Trail Blazers forward Al-Farouq Aminu (knee) has been ruled out against the Orlando Magic on Thursday.
Aminu also missed the Blazers' last game before the All-Star break with the injury, and having been ruled out a day in advance of Thursday's game, it looks like there's a chance he misses even more time. Look for Noah Vonleh or Meyers Leonard to move into the starting lineup on Thursday, while Moe Harkless will likely see an uptick in minutes.
Aminu is averaging 8.3 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.0 steals in 29.1 minutes per game this season. He ranks only 433rd out of 463 players with a -3.3 nERD -- the second-lowest mark among Blazers players.
