Andrew Wiggins takes center stage in Wolves' win over Bulls
Minnesota Timberwolves forward Andrew Wiggins scored a game-high 27 points with 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals in Sunday's lopsided win over the Chicago Bulls.
Wiggins took a team-high 19 shots, making 12, as he scored 20 or more points for the 13th consecutive game. In the four games since Zach LaVine (ACL) went down for the season, Wiggins is averaging 28.5 points on 19.5 shots per game. He is adding 1.5 three-pointers per contest over that stretch, something the Wolves will need sans LaVine, who paced the team with 2.6 treys per game.
Wiggins posted a tremendous 133.1 offensive rating and 41.89nERD rating in Sunday's blowout, according to numberFire live.
