Darren Collison hits game-winner for Kings on Friday
Sacramento Kings guard Darren Collison scored 22 points and hit the game-winning layup with 3.5 seconds remaining in Friday's 108-107 win over the Atlanta Hawks.
Collison played 44 minutes on Friday with Ty Lawson sitting out and he did not disappoint. The Kings were down 22 points at one point in the game and clawed their way back to get their second win in a row and third win in their last four games. Collison should continue seeing big minutes and more shot attempts on offense until Lawson's return.
Collison is averaging 13.5 points, 4.0 assists and 2.0 rebounds over 30.6 minutes per game this season. He owns a .541 effective field goal percentage and his nERD of -0.1 ranks him 185th among all players.
