Derrick Rose will not play Sunday for New York
New York Knicks guard Derrick Rose (ankle) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Atlanta Hawks and is expected to miss additional time.
Rose was listed as doubtful, so this isn't much of a surprise. There is currently no timetable for his return and he was spotted in a walking boot on Sunday. Brandon Jennings will pick up most of Rose's minutes at point guard and is a fine DFS play and season-long option while Rose is out. The Knicks will play again on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Our models expect Jennings to post 12.2 points, 6.7 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 1.3 steals over 33.0 minutes against the Hawks on Sunday.
