Rodney Hood quiet in return to starting lineup for Utah

Utah Jazz guard/forward Rodney Hood (knee) returned to the starting lineup on Thursday, going two-of-six from the field and finishing with five points and four rebounds in a 96-88 win over the Los Angeles Lakers.

What It Means:

Hood missed four games with a knee injury, and while he was limited to 22 minutes in his return, it shouldn't be long until he's back to his full workload. He's averaging 13.8 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 29.1 minutes per game this season.

Hood's .522 true shooting percentage on the season is a career-low, and he is sporting a 12.7 player efficiency rating while ranking 316th in the NBA with a -0.9 nERD.
