Wesley Matthews (hip) expected to suit up for Dallas on Wednesday
Dallas Mavericks guard/forward Wesley Matthews (hip) is expected to suit up for Wednesday's game against the New York Knicks, per head coach Rick Carlisle.
A strained right hip forced Matthews to make an early exit from Sunday's game, but Dallas doesn't play again until Wednesday, so he gets a decent amount of time to heal up from what doesn't appear to be a serious injury.
Assuming he does suit up for that game, our models project Matthews for 14.2 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 34.7 minutes of action against the Knicks.
