76ers to play without Nik Stauskas on Friday
Philadelphia 76ers guard Nik Stauskas (knee) will not play on Friday versus the Phoenix Suns.
Stauskas has been dealing with a bone bruise in his knee since Sunday but he managed to play over 20 minutes on Tuesday. With the 76ers off until Monday, Stauskas looks likely to be able to return to action versus the Sacramento Kings the day after Christmas. Gerald Henderson and Hollis Thompson should see extra minutes in Stauskas' absence.
Stauskas has averaged 9.5 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 1.6 threes per game with a -1.4 nERD rating this year.
