Rodney McGruder (ankle) fine for Heat Friday night
Miami Heat shooting guard Rodney McGruder (ankle) is expected to play Friday versus the Cleveland Cavaliers.
McGruder was questionable after twisting his ankle Wednesday, but he never doubted his status. The Heat are banged up all over, so McGruder should continue to have plenty of opportunity. Over the last eight games, he's averaging 8.4 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.3 treys in 33.7 minutes per game. With a $4,000 price tag on FanDuel, McGruder is a nice budget option for Friday's slate.
numberFire's metrics project McGruder to record 10.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.3 3-pointers in 34.5 minutes against Cleveland.
