Al Horford is out on Monday for Boston
Boston Celtics center Al Horford (personal) will not play on Monday against the Miami Heat.
Horford is away from the team due to the birth of his second child, so look for Tyler Zeller and Kelly Olynyk to pick up the slack at center. Isaiah Thomas and Avery Bradley should also pick up some of the scoring tonight against Miami.
In seven games this season, Horford is averaging 14.7 points, 6.9 rebounds and a career-high 5.1 assists per game. He also has a career-best .577 effective field goal percentage and his 0.9 nERD ranks him 48th so far this year.
