Houston Rockets guard James Harden lit up the Portland Trail Blazers' defense on Sunday, scoring 38 points on 11-of-22 FGs and 11-of-13 FTs, including a 5-of-12 mark from downtown.

Harden added 10 assists and a pair of steals to his stat line on Sunday in the Rockets' fifth win in six tries. Harden now has double-digit assists in all but one game this month and he is running away with the assist title this season with 208 already on the year.
Harden is averaging 28.9 points, 12.2 assists and 7.5 rebounds per game this season. He has a .542 effective field goal percentage and the fourth-best nERD of any player at 4.5.
